小切口微创重睑术的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探索一种手术创伤小,术后肿胀轻、恢复快,效果稳定持久的重睑成形术。方法:在设计好的重睑线近内、外眦及瞳孔正上方三点作长约5mm小切口,掏剪睑板前眼轮匝肌及部分睑板前筋膜并去除臃肿的眶隔脂肪。三点小切口分别与睑板前筋膜缝合固定。结果:对146例患者施行三点小切口微创重睑术,术后7天拆线,随访半年至一年重睑稳定无消退,重睑外形自然逼真,无严重并发症。结论:本术式创伤小,恢复快,重睑效果稳定持久,是一种值得推广的手术方式。Objective To explore a better double eyelid plasty,which have a permanent effecst with little wound,short swelling period and permanent effects.Methods To cut the eyelid along eyelid line with three tiny incision at inner canthus,out canthus and eye pupil just above.We snipped the orbicular muscle of the eye front of the tarsal plate and some of fascia,orbital septum fat.Then sewed up the mini incision with the tissue front of tarsal plate.Results 146 cases accepted this operation.They all removed stitches for 7 days after the operation and they all received satisfactory effects without serious complications,and the eyelid shape was very natural.Conclusion This operation is simple with little wound,short swelling period and permanent effects.The operation is recommended for popularization.
