微针诱导、敷中药膜联合海普林软膏按摩治疗面部色素沉着斑相关影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:观察采用微针诱导、敷中药膜联合海普林软膏按摩治疗各种外伤所致面部色素沉着斑的临床效果,并对相关影响因素进行综合评价。方法:选择110例面部外伤后色素沉着斑患者随机分组,观察综合治疗中分别采取稀疏与密集两种针刺方式、敷中药面膜≤30im n与1h两种敷膜时间的临床疗效,经统计后分析不同因素对疗效的影响。结果:同一因素的两组之间有效率比较,均P<0.05,差异有显著性意义。皮肤创面愈合后越早接受治疗,效果越好,疗程也短。结论:微针诱导、敷中药膜联合海普林软膏按摩治疗外伤后色素沉着,疗效可靠,无明显副反应发生。皮肤创面愈合后开始治疗时间、针刺方式及敷中药膜时间对治疗效果有明显影响。敷中药膜时间、针刺密度及按摩力度应根据新生皮肤性状进行调节。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of induced treatment by micro-needle,external application of herbal membrane and heparin sodium cream massage for the treatment of face pigmentation after trauma,and the relevant influence factorse were evaluated.Methods 110 patients with face pigmentation were divided randomly into different groups,the influence of different acupuncture density including sparse and dense acupuncture and herbal membrane application duration including ≤30 minutes and 1 hour in the combined therapy on clinical efficacy were respectively compared and statistical analysis.Results There was significant difference between two groups in the same factor（P〈0.05）,better efficacy and shorter course were found in patients which received combined therapy earlier after trauma.Conclusion The therapeutic efficacy of induced treatment by micro-needle,external application of herbal membrane and heparin sodium cream massage for the treatment of face pigmentation were reliable,and there was no obvious side effect found.The factors including treatment begin time after wound healing,acupuncture density and herbal membrane application duration are closely related to therapeutic effect.The herbal membrane application duration,acupuncture density and massage intensity should be adjusted according to the characteristics of newborn skin.
