摘　　要：目的:探讨应用逆行腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复下肢缺损的护理体会。方法:2006年9月～2009年9月,临床应用逆行腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复下肢软组织缺损18例,男11例,女7例,平均年龄45.9岁,根据患者不同年龄、伤情制定不同护理方案,观察护理效果。结果:18例皮瓣、皮片全部成活,随访3～12个月,皮瓣、皮片质地良好,外形及功能满意。结论:对皮瓣转移患者给予术前术后的心理护理,术后对皮瓣的颜色、温度、肿胀程度、引流液等密切监测等有效的护理措施是皮瓣存活的重要保证。Objective To investigate the nursing experiences of clinical application of reversed sural neurovascular fascio-cutaneous flaps for reconstruction of soft-tissue injuries of lower leg.Methods From September 2006 to September 2009,18 cases of soft-tissue injuries of lower leg were reconstructed by using reversed saral neurovascular fascio-cutaneous flaps,male patients had 11 cases,female patient had 7 cases,average ages was 45.9 years old.According the patient＇s different age,severity of injury to establish the different nursing care plans and observing the nursing care effects.Results 18 cases of flaps were all survived and all cases were followed-up for 3-12 months,the color and texture of the flaps were excellent,also the shape and functions of flaps were satisfactory.Conclusion The psychological nursing care before operation was significant for patients with flaps reconstruction,and the color,temperuture,swelling degre and drainage were monitoring,which is the important guarantee for flaps survival of nursing care.
