摘  要:针对电涌保护器(SPD)检测设备不便携带、无法现场检测的现状,提出一种基于单片机的便携式SPD现场检测装置的设计方案;分析了系统的工作原理,重点阐述直流高压电源、组合波发生器、直流和冲击信号测量电路;详细描述软件流程,以及实现SPD的直流参考电压、剩余电流和冲击特性的测量。测试结果表明,该现场检测装置测量精度高、稳定性好,能有效检测现场使用的SPD性能,确保低压系统和弱电系统的可靠运行。According to the present situation of Surge protective device(SPD) testing equipment unable to be carried and tested in spot,the design scheme for SPD field testing system was presented based on SCM and portability technology.The work principle of testing system was analyzed,and the hardware circuit was expounded which included high voltage DC power supply,combination wave generator(CWG),and DC impulsive signal measurement system in particular.The software flow was described in detail.The designed system achieved SPD parameter measurement such as DC reference voltage,leakage current and impulse characteristics.Test results showed that the field testing system had high precision and good stability,and could recognize the performance of on-site SPD effectively which ensured the reliable operation of low voltage system and weak current system.
