摘 要:采用膨胀计法研究了丙烯酸偕二硝基丙酯(DNPA)在甲苯溶液中聚合动力学,确定了聚合速率方程,并研究了丙烯酸偕二硝基丙酯与丙烯腈(AN)在甲苯溶液中共聚合的动力学行为,利用红外光谱法测定了共聚物的组成,从而测得了丙烯酸偕二硝基丙酯与丙烯腈的竞聚率。研究结果表明,丙烯酸偕二硝基丙酯聚合速率方程为Rp=k[M]1.18[I]0.60,说明链终止为单基终止和双基终止并存终止方式,引发过程与单体浓度有关;采用Fineman-Ross方法,求得丙烯酸偕二硝基丙酯和丙烯腈两单体的竞聚率分别为rAN=0.508,rDNPA=0.157。The polymerization kinetie of 2,2 dinitropropyl acrylate (DNPA) in toluene have been studied with dilatometer method,the polymerization rate equation was determined. At the same time,the behavior of the copolymerization between DNPA and acrylonitrile (AN) has also been studied,the composition of the copolymer was determined using the infrared spectrum method,and the reactivity ratios of DNPA and AN were determined. The results show that the polymerization rate equation for DNPA is Rp=k[M]1.18[I]0.6,which displays that the chain termination reaction is according to the mode of mono-and bi-molecule termination,and the inititate process is dependent of monomer concentration. The reactivity ratios of DNPA and AN are calculated by the Fineman-Ross method,and they are rAN=0.508 and rDNPA=0.157,respectively.
