摘  要:研究了不同共聚聚丙烯(PP-C)对超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)/均聚聚丙烯(PP-H)体系的增容作用,考察了UHMWPE/PP-H和UHMWPE/PP-B(嵌段共聚PP)体系的流变和力学性能。结果表明,加入分子量较大的PP-B(EPS30R)能提高UHMWPE/PP-H体系的力学性能且不影响其加工性,UHMWPE/EPS30R体系的力学性能优于UHMWPE/PP-H。扫描电镜(SEM)和动态力学分析(DMA)结果表明,EPS30R改善了UHMWPE/PP-H体系的相容性,UHMWPE/EPS30R体系的相容性优于UHMWPE/PP-H。The effect of different copolymerized polypropylene(PP-C) on the compatibility of the ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene/homogenous polypropylene (UHMWPE/PP-H) was studied,and the rheological behavior and mechanical properties of UHMWPE/PP-B and UHMWPE/PP-H blend were contrastively investigated. The results show that PP-B (EPS30R) can improve the mechanical properties of blend while not affect its processability. Besides,UHMWPE/EPS30R has also been proved to have better mechanical properties than UHMWPE/PP-H. The results from scanning electron microscope (SEM) and dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA) show that EPS30R can improve the compatibility of UHMWPE/PP-H blends,and UHMWPE/EPS30R has the better compatibility than UHMWPE/PP-H.
