生产性服务业视角下的大连生态科技创新城建设

摘　　要：建设大连生态科技创新城,是大连市着眼于增强核心城市功能的战略性、全局性部署.从产业布局与可建设用地的空间结构关系、全域开发与产业板块布局关系、产业集聚理论及其实践等方面分析大连生态科技创新城建设对全域城市化发展战略的意义;研究生产性服务业的内涵与特征、全球生产性服务业的发展模式和趋势,分析生产性服务业与装备制造业、造船业、石油化工等大连市传统支柱产业的互动关系,提出生产性服务业视角下的大连生态科技创新城的开发目标、重点领域和功能分区.Constructing the ecological and technological innovation city of Dalian is the strategic and global deployment,which is focusing on enhancing the core urban function.Firstly,this paper will analyze that the construction of ecological and technological innovation city of Dalian makes a great difference to the significance of development strategy in the global urbanization,mainly from the relationships between industry layout and spatial structure of the available building lands,between global development and industrial layout,and between the theory and practice of Industrial cluster,etc.Secondly,the paper will also investigate the connotation and the characteristics of producer services industry as well as the development patterns and trends of the global producer services industry,and analyze the interactive relationship among the producer services industry,the equipment manufacturing industry,the shipbuilding industry,the petrochemical industry and other traditional pillar industries.Finally,the paper will put forward the development goals,the key fields and functional partition of the ecological and technological innovation city of Dalian under the perspective of producer services.
