摘　　要：文章介绍了成本效益分析的概念、特点,提出高校图书馆数字馆藏成本的组成形式,并把数字馆藏的单次成本和有形效益相结合进行分析,最后对无形效益的衡量问题进行了探索性研究。This paper makes an introduction to the concept, characteristics of cost-benefit, advances the formation of costs. After analyzing the cost of per time and the tangible cost, the authors make a probe into the intangible cost of the book collection in university libraries.
