摘 要:分别采用镁盐(MgSO4)、亚铁盐(FeSO4)以及镁盐-亚铁盐两级絮凝处理活性染料废水.实验结果表明:单独采用镁盐处理时,适宜的投加量为500mg/L左右,pH为11~12,废水COD去除率达到78%;单独采用亚铁盐处理时,适宜的投加量为400mg/L左右,pH为9,废水EOD去除率达到65%;采用镁盐一亚铁盐两级絮凝,镁盐和亚铁盐适宜的投加量分别为300mg/L和250mg/L时,废水COD去除率达到88%左右,出水的pH在9以下,可满足生物处理或排放对pH的要求.这种两级絮凝不仅强化了废水的处理效果,而且利用了亚铁盐水解呈酸性的特点将废水pH降到9以下,可省去加酸或加碱环节,简化了工艺流程,具有较好实用价值.The characteristics of dye wastewater include being high in COD concentration, high in colourity, difficult in degradation, difficult in biological-treatment. The treatment on dye wastewater is paid much attention in enviromental protection field. In this paper, three floceulation process, namely MgSO4 floeeulation, FeSO4 floeeulation, and Mg- SO4--FeSO4 two-stage flocculation were studied. The results showed : when MgSO4 and pH were controlled at 500 mg/L and 11 - 12 respectively, COD removal rate was 78% ; when FeSO4 and pH were controlled at 400 mg/L and 9 respectively, COD removal rate was 65% ; and for MgSO4 and FeSO4 two-stage floeeulation, MgSO4 and FeSO4 was controlled at 300 mg/L and 250 mg/L respectively, COD total removal rate was 88%. Therefore, this two-stage floeeulation not only can increase COD removal rate, but also can simplify the whole process, which has good economic value.
