摘　　要：为了适应现代信息社会的需求,提高图书馆在文献服务领域的核心竞争力,图书馆自身也在寻求多种形式的变革。通过探讨图书馆核心价值的意义及其实现方式,作者认为图书馆的核心价值是充分利用技术、人力与资源,让读者公平、自由地获取信息。To meet the needs of the modern information society and improve the core competitiveness of library services in the field of documentation,the library itself is also seeking changes in various forms.By exploring the significance of libraries＇ core values and the realization,the author believes that the core values of libraries are to make full use of technology,manpower and resources to give readers a fair and free access to information.
