湿润烧伤膏对皮肤放射性损伤治疗作用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨湿润烧伤膏治疗放射性皮肤损伤的疗效.方法:将36例接受放射期间出现放射性皮肤损伤的鼻咽癌患者随机分为2组,22例使用湿润烧伤膏为治疗组;14例采用雷佛奴尔纱条为对照组.结果:湿润烧伤膏能控制放射性皮肤损伤创面感染,改善创面血液循环,促进肉芽组织和上皮再生.湿润烧伤膏组创面渗出较对照组明显减少(P<0.05),能明显缩短2级以上皮肤损伤的愈合时间.结论:湿润烧伤膏对放射性皮肤损伤具有较好的临床疗效,应用方便.Objective：To investigate the efficacy of moist burn ointment（MEBO） in treatment of radiation-induced skin damage.Methods： 36 patients who appearing radioactive skin damage during radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into 2 groups,the treatment group（22 patients） treated with MEBO,the control group（14 cases） treated with Leifonuer gauze.Results： MEBO could control wound infection of radiation-induced skin damage and improve wound blood circulation,promote the regeneration of granulation tissue and epithelium.The wound surface exudation in MEBO group were markedly reduced than in control group（P0.05）,and MEBO could significantly shorten the healing time of skin damage above degree 2.Conclusion： MEBO has a good clinical efficacy to treat radiation-induced skin damage and convenient application.
