不同种类消毒剂对小儿过敏试验判断标准的探讨

摘　　要：目的:根据年龄的不同,采用不同种类皮肤消毒剂进行皮肤消毒,正确判断过敏试验结果.方法:400例患者分为两组,每组200例,分别用75%酒精和0.1%新洁尔灭消毒皮内注射部位.每组200例又同时分为成人及小儿两组,给予药物和生理盐水对照试验.结果:临床上用75%酒精做消毒剂对局部注射部位皮肤的刺激性较大,与药物阳性判断相混淆.结论:见议临床上不采纳75%酒精做为过敏试验注射前的消毒剂.Objective：To make the correct judgment for allergy test results by using different types of skin disinfectant for skin disinfection according to different ages.Methods： 400 patients were divided into two groups,each group 200 cases,using 75% ethanol and 0.1% benzalkonium bromide to sterilize intradermal injection site respectively.Each group was divided into adults group and children group again,administrated with drugs and control group administrated with saline.Results： 75% alcohol disinfectant irritated local injection site greatly,which would confuse with drug-positive judgment.Conclusion： It is recommended that 75% alcohol should not be applied as disinfectant in allergy test before injection.
