摘 要:针对30000t散货船在试航时发生的上层建筑振动问题,通过一系列有限元计算和分析,结合实船考察以及对振动测试结果的分析,找出了以螺旋桨为主要的激振源,最终通过结构加强的措施使振动问题得以解决,并顺利交船。同时,对螺旋桨脉动压力较大的原因进行分析。并对今后船舶设计过程中如何避免由螺旋桨激振力引起的振动提出了解决方法和措施。Harmful superstructure vibration was found during the trial of a 30 000 dwt bulk carrier and it is recognized that the propeller-reduced pressure is the primary exciting source by a series of finite element calculations and analyses of real ship investigation and vibration testing The harmful vibration was reduced remarkably by reinforcement of deck structure and finally the ship was delivered to the owner successfully. Furthermore, the reason of causing great propeller-reduced fluctuating pressure is analyzed and some conclusions and suggestions are proposed for avoiding propeller-induced vibration in ship design.
