摘  要:本文对所筛选的农药复配剂进行了室内外防治棉铃虫试验,结果表明,该剂对棉铃虫的防效比本地常规农药高20 % 左右,维持60 % 以上的残效可达10d 以上,并具有良好的保蕾、保铃效果;文中还就缩节胺和磷酸二氢钾对棉铃虫及棉花生长发育的影响效应进行研究,证实了使用后能减少田内棉铃虫落卵量10 ~40 % ,有效保护期可达10 ~20d ,取食沾有以上两种物质叶片的幼虫存活率比对照下降10 ~19 % ,同时能使棉花叶色加深、株型紧凑、蕾铃数明显增加;示范结果证明在棉铃虫2 、3 龄幼虫高峰期,使用复配剂一次即相当于常规治虫三次的防效,分别于四代棉铃虫蛾卵盛期至2 ~3 龄幼虫高峰期喷施缩节胺、磷酸二氢钾和复配剂各一次,就达到既治虫又增产的双重效果。This article deals with the experiment on controlling bollworm using reblended insecticide and the effects of DPC and KH 2PO 4 on bollworm and cotton growth.It showed that the controlling effects of this reblended insecticide was 20% better than that of common practiced insecticide .More than 60% remnant's effects of this reblended insecticide could be maintained about 10 days.And the reblended insecticide could protect bud and boll too.DPC and KH 2PO 4 could reduce the number of bollworm eggs by 10-40%.The length of the effective time of DPC and KH2PO4 was about 10-20 days,the survive rate of the bollworm having eaten the leaves touched with the two substance was fallen about 10-19% than that of the check.Using DPC and KH 2PO 4 could turn the colour of the cotton leaves darker,the stem mould of plant well-knitted,and the number of bud and boll increased.The result of demonstration showed that the effect of using reblended insecticide once was triple that of common practiced insecticede in the occurring peak of the second and third instar larva of bollworm.Spraying cotton with DPC、KH 2PO 4 and the reblended insecticide during the fourth generation of bollworm from the peak of moth and egg to the peak of the second and third instar larva could not only kill off insect pests but also increase the production of cotton.
