大学生创业法律保障机制探讨

摘　　要：目前我国对大学生创业的法律保障并不完善。应遵循政府适度干预和经济平等原则,通过确立独资企业的独立实体地位,解决合伙企业法有关税收问题,完善《公司法》、《中小企业促进法》以及大学生创业企业融资法律制度,大力推动《大学生创业促进法》的出台等方面,积极健全大学生创业的法律保障机制,使政府的创业政策上升到法律的高度,让大学生创业成为推动我国经济持续发展的强大动力。The law guarantee mechanism for college students starting an undertaking is now imperfect in China.It should follow the rule of government moderate intervention and economy equality,assuring the independent entity status of sole-investor enterprise and solving the tax problems concerning partnership enterprise law to perfect ＂Enterprise Law＂,＂Medium and Small Enterprises Promotion Law＂ and college students starting an undertaking enterprise financial law system,to push forward forcefully ＂College Students Starting an Undertaking Promotion Law＂published,to perfect actively the law guarantee mechanism for college students starting an undertaking,to promote the government policy of starting an undertaking to the law level so as to make college students starting an undertaking as a great force to push forward the sustained development of the economy in China.
