摘　　要：探讨半群的自动化结构是揭示半群的自动性的主要方法.在研究了半群B的结构和它上面的Rees矩阵半群的结构的关系后,把这种关系和半群的自动结构相结合,证明了含幺Clifford半群上的Rees矩阵半群是自动化的充要条件是这个含幺Clifford半群是自动化的.It is a main way to prove the automaticity by investigating the automatic structure of a semigroup.After investigating the relation of the constructions and the automatic structures of a semigroup and the Rees semigroup over,we prove that a Rees matrix semigroup over a Clifford semigroup with identity is automatic only if is automatic.
