摘  要:采用静水实验法进行甲胺磷乳剂、90-消毒剂对欧洲鳗(AnguilaangnilaL.)仔鳗急性毒性试验研究。结果表明:在试验浓度32~56mg/L范围内,欧洲鳗仔鳗中毒死亡发生在30~44h,对甲胺磷乳剂急性中毒死亡的时间集中且持续短促;甲胺磷乳剂对欧洲鳗仔鳗的半致死浓度(48h-LC50)为35.9mg/L,安全浓度(SC)为3.6mg/L。欧洲鳗仔鳗养殖水源和池塘甲胺磷的最大接受量(MATC)不得超过1.8mg/L。在浓度10.0~35.0mg/L范围内,90-消毒剂对欧洲鳗仔鳗急性中毒反应表现出药物的强烈刺激性和腐蚀性;48h-LC50为20.9mg/L,SC为2.1mg/L。中毒死亡发生在2~48h,集中在4~12h。90-消毒剂不宜用来给鱼类幼体作为消毒剂和防治细菌性疾病的外用药物,全池泼洒浓度不得超过2mg/L;作为清塘药物,使用浓度为35mg/L以上。The acute toxicity tests of methamidophos emulsion ( 50% ) and 90 disinfectant to European eel ( Anguilla anguilla L. ) larvae from France were carried out by using static test method. The results indicated that when the concentration of methamidophos reached 32~56 mg/L, the mortality of European eel larvae occurred within very short time, which was from the 30th to 48th hour. And the values of 48 h median lethal concentration ( LC 50 ) and safe concentration ( SC ) of methamidophos for European eel larvae were 35.9 mg/L and 3.6 mg/L respectively. The estimated maximum acceptable toxicant concentration ( MATC ) of methamidophos in culture headwaters and ponds was not more than 1.8 mg/L. And when the concentration of 90 disinfectant reached 10~35 mg/L, the mortality of European eel larvae occurred from the 2 nd to 48th hour, mainly from 4th to 12th hour. The values of 48 h LC 50 and SC were 20.9 mg/L and 2.1 mg/L respectively. 90 disinfectant was not suitable to be used as a disinfectant to fish larvae. To be used externally to prevent bacteria, its concentration should not be more than 2 mg/L; as a pond clearing drug, its concentration should be more than 35 mg/L.
