摘　　要：文章首次廓清了被湮没的作家孙梦雷的生平,并就其创作成就作了评述,认为:孙梦雷的创作主要有两类题材:一是控诉战争的残暴与非人道给无辜百姓带来的巨大痛苦,二是揭示底层民众艰难的生存现状。这些作品辉映了"五四"新文学思潮,体现出孙梦雷可贵的现实主义品格。长篇小说《英兰的一生》是孙梦雷实践"为人生的艺术"主张的优秀作品,也是新文学1922——1927年间长篇小说的时代性标志与重要收获。This essay firstly clears the buried writer MengLei Surfs life, and gives some comments on his creation achievements. The creations of MengLei Sun are mainly divided into two types. First, it accuses the great pain brought by the brutality and inhumanity of war to the innocent people. Second, it reveals the difficult living circumstances of the bottom. These works enhance the New Literature ideological trend of May 4th period, and reflect the valuable realistic character of MengLei Sun. The Novel ＂The life of Ying Lan＂ is an excellent piece for the practice of MengLei Sun ＂art for life＂ idea. It is also the epoch sign and an important achievement to novel of New Literature from1922 to 1927.
