吉妮与Tcu380A宫内节育器的节育效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨吉妮和TCu380A宫内节育器临床效果。方法将2007年1月～2008年9月自愿来我院门诊要求放置宫内节育器者随机分为吉妮IUD组(Ⅰ组)和TCu380A组(Ⅱ组),每组各150例。置器后分别于1、3、6、12个月和2年末进行随访,比较两组节育效果。结果 两组育龄妇女的IUD续用率和副反应率相比,皆为p<0.01,有非常显著性差异。结论第3代宫底固定式、高含铜量、无支架、可变形的吉妮IUD,具有续用率高、避孕效果好、副反应小的优越性,值得推广应用。Objective To compare the long-term clinical effects of IUD between Gyne Fix and TCU380A.Methods Women who come to hospital from January,2007 to September,2008 voluntarily requested IUD insertion were randomly divided into group I（Gyne FixIUD group） and group II（TCU380A group）,150 patients in each group.After IUD insertion,patients were followed up and the effects of birth control were compared in January,March,June,December and the end of two years.Results The IUD continuation rates and side reaction rates of the two groups had significant differences.（p0.01）.Conclusion It is Gyne Fix,the 3rd generation uterine fundus fixed,high copper content,no stent and deformable IUD,has a good contraceptive effect and superiority of small side reaction.It should be widely applied.
