戒瘾病人满意度调查对护理质量的影响

摘　　要：目的通过对住院病人满意度的调查,提高成瘾医学专科护理技术的整体水平。方法采用问卷调查方式,在2008年和2009年住院病人中各筛选100例进行对比调查,入选病例均为16岁以上、住院4 d以上、文化程度小学以上的住院病人。结果 经过调查,影响戒瘾病人满意度的原因主要是,护士对入院介绍和健康教育不够重视,护士技术水平参差不齐,服务意识不强。经整改后,戒瘾病人满意度由81.7%提高到95.4%。结论增强服务意识,重视入院介绍和健康教育,加强沟通与心理辅导,提高护士的专科护理技术水平和综合素质,落实基础护理工作,是提高戒瘾病人对护理满意度的重要措施。Objective Improve the overall level of the addiction medicine special nursing skill by investigating the satisfaction of the in-patients.Methods Choose 100 cases in-patients of 2008 and also 100 cases in 2009 to make a comparative survey by means of questionnaire.The in-all patients chosen are all above 16 years old and superior to primary school students as well as being in hospital for more than 4 days.Results After the investigation,the problem in addition patients＇ satisfaction were mainly due to the nurses＇ lacking-attentions on hospitalization introduction and health education,as well as the nursing skill levels and weak sense of service.The satisfaction of the addiction patients improve from 81.7% to 95.4% after the rectification.Conclusion An important measure to enhance the addiction patients＇ satisfaction on nursing is to enhance service awareness,pay attention to hospital presentation and health education,take more communication and psychological counseling,improve the technical level and overall quality of special nursing care and implement the basic nursing task.
