摘　　要：目的对广东省人口计生委"三百人才工程"的实施效果进行科学评价。方法应用SPSS13.0统计软件对老师教学效果、考试卷难度与区别度、考试成绩进行统计分析,对学员理论知识、临床技能和综合素质的提高情况以及对本单位人才队伍、服务水平、技术水平、科研水平的促进作用的调查数据进行统计分析。结果 ①培训班学员女性、初中级职称者较多。②培训班学员的考试成绩大多在90分以上。③考试卷难度系数:0～0.867、区别度0～0.682。④授课老师的教学评分大多在90分以上,重复授课老师的评分也都有提高。⑤单位和个人对培训班的总体评分较高。⑥单位和个人都认为培训后学员的知识和能力有了全面、明显的提高。⑦单位和个人都认为培训后学员对本单位的工作有了全面、明显的促进作用。结论①培训班学员构成较合理。②培训班学员成绩较好。③考试卷难度适中。④老师授课水平较高。⑤培训班组织管理较好。⑥培训后学员的知识能力有全面、明显提高。⑦培训后学员对本单位的工作有全面、明显促进作用。Objective To scientifically evaluate the training effect of ＂300 Talent Project＂ of Guangdong Provincial Population and Family Planning Commission.Methods To statistically analyze the teachers teaching effect,the papers＇ difficulty and different degrees,examination results,and improvement conditions on theoretical knowledge,clinical skills,comprehensive quality of the trainee,and the survey data about promotion of personnel,service level,technical level,scientific research level of unit by SPSS13.0.Results ①There was more women and more primary,medium-grade professional title trainees.②Midterm and final examination score of trainees was more than 90.③Teaching score of teachers was more than 90,and repetition rate of teaching also hade improved.④The test questions difficulty coefficient：0～0.867,and the test questions discriminative coefficient：0～0.622.⑤Units and individuals made higher global scoring to training classes.⑥After training classes,units and individuals considered that knowledge and ability of trainees was made significantly improved.⑦After training classes,units and individuals considered that trainee hade significantly primitive effect about future work.Conclusion ①The constitute of trainee was more reasonable.②The trainee made better results.③Teachers of training classes＇ teach with a higher level.④The examination＇s difficulty was medium.⑤Training classes were organized and managed well.⑥The knowledge and ability of trainee was made significantly improved by the train.⑦After training,trainee had significant and comprehensive primitive effect about their future work.
