摘　　要：随着知识经济的发展,企业培训的重要性日益突出。但企业培训的发展现状并不乐观。将教育技术应用于企业培训,具有多项先天性的优势,能够有效提高员工素质。探讨教育技术融入企业培训的模式因而已经成为学界的一个重要课题。建构基于教学系统设计的培训模型,正是针对这种探讨的一个积极尝试。With the development of knowledge economy, the enterprise training is getting more and more important. However, the current development of the enterprise training is not optimistic. Applying the education technology into the enterprise training not only is of much inherent advantages, but also can improve the employees＇ quality. Therefore, the research on the integration of education technology into the enterprise training has become an important academic issue. Constructing the training model based on the design of education system is none other than a positive attempt.
