摘　　要：生态影响评价范围就是生态评价的研究范围,在确定评价范围时,必须将所有潜在的胁迫因子和生态后果考虑在内,因此确定恰当的评价范围无疑是一项复杂而重要的工作。概括了确定生态评价范围的相关规定,探讨了确定生态评价范围的原则、步骤和要点,给出了十类生态项目评价范围的确定方法。文中还就导则在确定评价范围方面的规定提出了不同看法,并表达了一些个人建议,供生态评价人员参考。The scope of ecological impact assessment is actually defined as the research scope of ecological evaluation.When identifying the evaluation scope,all the potential stress factors and their corresponding ecological consequences must be considered,hence it is a complex and important work to identify the scope of ecological impact assessment,undoubtedly.In this study,the authors summarized the related regulations and discussed the main principles,steps and points in identifying the scope of ecological impact assessment,and provided some study methods to identify the scope of ecological impact assessment of ten kinds of eco-projects.In this article,it was also put forward different views of guiderule in identifying the evaluation scope,and the authors expressed some personal viewpoints of theirs,as may provide some useful reference values for the ecological assessment workers in the future.
