糖尿病患者高尿酸血症的发生及对相关疾病的影响

摘　　要：目的了解糖尿病患者高尿酸血症的发病情况及对相关疾病的影响。方法按照预先设计的体检调查表,记录一般情况,既往病史,同时空腹10 h,均采用酶法在全自动生化分析仪测定血糖、血脂、血尿酸、肝功能。测量血压、查心电图、胸片,必要时做颅脑CT。根据患病情况将全部的546人分为高尿酸血症组、糖尿病组、糖尿病高尿酸血症组和对照组。结果糖尿病高尿酸血症组血尿酸、血糖的检测值分别是(455.6±43.1)μmol/L、(8.19±1.4)mmol/L,显著高于照组(P<0.01)。血压、三酰甘油的检测值明显高于其他两组(P<0.05),并发脂肪肝、胆道疾病的检出率分别为41.1%、26.7%,明显高于其他组,冠心病与脑血管病的发病率显著升高。结论糖尿病患者高尿酸血症的发生率较高,两病有着共同的发病基础,互为关联,互为因果,可导致多种并发病的出现。Objective To explore the occurrence of hyperuricemia in the diabetics and its influence to the related diseases.Methods According to the physical examination form designed in advance,general state and past medical history were recorded,fasting blood sugar,blood fat,uric acid and liver function were tested and blood pressure were measured in 546 subjects,then they were divided into hyperuricemia group,diabetic group,diabetic-hyperuricemia group and control group.Results The levels of blood sugar and uric acid in diabetic-hyperuricemia group were higher than those of the control group（P〈0.01）,the levels of blood pressure and TG in diabetic-hyperuricemia were higher than those of hyperuricemia group and diabetic group（P〈0.05）,so were the prevalences of fatty liver,biliary diseases,cardio-cerebrovascular diseases.Conclusion The incidence of hyperuricmia is high in diabetic patients,they have common pathogenesis and Interaction each other.
