摘　　要：目的观察高龄患者在接受64排CT冠状动脉扫描后肾功能的变化及护理。方法回顾性分析高龄患者71例,均为具有冠状动脉CT扫描适应证并接受检查者,平均年龄(83.3±2.3)岁。观察检查前后血清肌酐的变化。结果在高龄、多种疾病并存的患者检查中,造影剂肾病的发生率仅为3例(4.2%)。结论对接受造影剂的患者加强护理,采取有效的预防和治疗措施,可减少造影剂肾病的发生。Objective To analyse the effects of contrast media on renal function of elderly patients undergoing coronary CT examination and nursing.Methods A total of seventy-one elderly patients were included in the study.The average age was 83.31±2.29 years.All patients received contrast agent.The serum creatines of the patients were measured before and after CT examination.Results 3 patients（4.2%） occured contrast-induced nephropathy among these patients.Conclusion Contrast media can be used safely in elderly patients with CHD after hydration and intensive nursing.
