摘  要:目的探讨医院感染大肠埃希菌(ECO)在临床标本中的分布及耐药性,为临床医师合理用药提供科学依据。方法采用微量稀释法对临床送检标本分离的ECO菌株进行药敏试验,分析其耐药性。结果共分离802株ECO,主要分布在重症监护病房(ICU)、内分泌科、肾内科、中医康复科和普外科等科室,菌株主要分离自尿液、痰液、血液和伤口分泌物。ECO对亚胺培南、对哌拉西林/他唑巴坦的敏感率分别为98.4%、95.4%,对氨苄西林/舒巴坦、哌拉西林和氨苄西林的敏感率均小于18%;对呋喃妥因、头孢西丁等的敏感率在21%~90%之间。结论医院大肠埃希菌耐药情况控制较好;临床应继续根据药敏结果合理使用抗生素。Objective To discuss the distribution of Escherichia coli in hospital clinical specimens and its drug resistance in order to provide clinicians with scientific grounds for rational drug use.Methods E.coli isolated from clinical specimens by a broth microdilution test was subjected to a drug susceptibility test and its drug resistance was analyzed.Results Eight hundred and two isolates of E.coli were mainly distributed in the ICU,Endocrinology,Urology,TCM Rehabilitation,and General Surgery.E.coli was mainly isolated from the urine,sputum,blood,and wound secretions(about 85.1%).The sensitivity of E.coli to 6 kinds of antibiotics tended to increase.The sensitivity of E.coli to 18 kinds of antibiotics tended to decline.Conclusion The drug resistance of E.coli is being effectively controlled by this hospital.Clinicians should continue to use antibiotics rationally in accordance with the results of drug susceptibility tests.
