摘 要:目的开展血吸虫病监测,掌握2009年度武汉市血吸虫病流行状况,评价当前防治策略和措施的实施效果,为制定进一步的防治对策提供依据。方法以行政村为单位,设国家级、省级、市级监测点共28个。对各监测点进行人群、耕牛病情、螺情监测及相关因素调查。结果全市监测点共调查居民26 440人,耕牛1 272头,调查有螺及可疑环境51处786.60万m2。人群、耕牛粪检阳性率分别为0.32%和0.47%,较2003年分别下降66.67%和90.15%。垸外发现2处感染性钉螺,面积共20万m2,钉螺感染率分别为0.56%和1.32%,垸内无感染性钉螺。结论武汉市以控制传染源为主的综合防治措施成效显著。Objective To ascertain the epidemiological status of Schistosomiasis japonica in Wuhan in 2009 in order to assess the effect of control measures and provide a basis for devising control strategies.Methods Twenty-eight administrative divisions at the national,provincial,and city level were randomly selected as surveillance sites.At each site,infection of residents,cattle,and snails was monitored and related factors were examined.Results A total of 26 440 people and 1 272 cattle were examined.Fifty-one possible snail habitats with an area of 786.60 hm2 were surveyed.Residents and cattle had infection rates of 0.32% and 0.47%,respectively.Compared to data from 2003,the infection rates of residents and cattle decreased by 66.67% and 90.15%,respectively.Beyond embankments in areas where the snails were endemic,2 areas of 20 hm2 were found to have infected snails and the snails had an infection rate of 0.56% and 1.32%,respectively.Conclusion Schistosomiasis control,primarily in the form of comprehensive measures to control the source of infection,has had a marked effect in Wuhan.
