摘　　要：粪便镜检实验教学面临着许多难题,比如标本来源困难、实验仪器不匹配和容易造成环境污染等。通过改造正常粪便成为疾病粪便,如制备虫卵粪便、炎症粪便,按照镜检的标本种类选用显微镜,改造实验室建筑设施以减少粪便对环境的污染等方法,可解决上述难题。Fecal examinations involve numerous problems,such as the difficult of obtaining specimens,the availability of appropriate laboratory equipment,and the readiness of environmental contamination.Producing infected feces using normal feces,e.g.preparing feces with parasite eggs and signs of inflammation,choosing different microscopes based on different samples,and improving laboratory facilities to reduce environmental contamination are ways to solve these problems.
