摘 要:目的尝试建立一种符合广金钱草自身特点的红外指纹图谱分析方法。方法利用共有峰率和变异峰率2个指标,以不同广金钱草样品的红外指纹图谱为参比,计算出所测样品相对于参比品的共有峰率和变异峰率,并按照共有峰率的大小建立不同的序列。结果该方法可初步区分不同产地的广金钱草。结论利用共有峰率和变异峰率双指标序列分析方法可以对2个或多个广金钱草样品进行方便的鉴别。Objective To set up a new method to analyze IR fingerprint spectra,which was in line with the characteristic of Desmodium styracifolium(Osb.)Merr..Methods Two new indexes,commom peak ratio and variant peak ratio were applied and their values were calculated by means of the sequential analysis,in which each sample′s IR fingerprint spectra was set up and the common peak ratio sequences were arranged in order of size in comparison with other samples.Results The method could distinguish Desmodium styracifolium(Osb.)Merr.of different areas.Conclusion The dual-index sequential analysis enables us to differentiate two or more Desmodium styracifolium(Osb.)Merr..
