摘　　要：目的对2006~2009年广州医学院附属肿瘤医院麻醉性镇痛药的临床应用情况进行用药趋势分析。方法对本院2006~2009年麻醉性镇痛药的品种销售金额消耗量和用药频度进行统计分析。结果 2006~2008年麻醉性镇痛药销售金额逐年增长,2009年比2008年减少,但幅度极小;从药品消耗量增长率和用药频度（DDD s）中可以看出,吗啡片、羟考酮控释片及芬太尼针的用量和DDD s较大,逐年上升;芬太尼透皮贴剂的应用已受到广泛关注。哌替啶针消耗量大幅下降,DDD s值呈减少趋势。结论本院麻醉性镇痛药的应用趋于合理,符合＂癌症三阶梯止痛指导原则＂。Objective To analyze the clinical usage of narcotic analgesics in Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College from 2006 to 2009,and to discuss the development trend of these narcotic analgesics.Methods The data of the types,sales amount,consumption amount,and the frequency of drug usage（DDDs） of narcotic analgesics were collected and statistically analyzed.Results The sales amount was increased during 2006~2008,although it had a slight decline in 2009.The drug consumption growth and DDDs of the morphine tablets,controlled-release Oxycodone and fentanyl injections were rising stably year by year.The application of transdermal fentanyl patches was widely concerned.The drug consumption of pethidine injections was significantly decreased,and its DDDs value was also decreased.Conclusion The application of narcotic analgesics in the hospital is reasonable and consistent with ＂three-step analgesic ladder for cancer guidelines＂.
