摘　　要：阿根廷是南美一个重要的国家,是中国在南美的重要贸易伙伴。阿根廷的仲裁制度具有区别于其他国家的特点。阿根廷各省有各自不同的民事诉讼规则,但这些规则都是相似的,都建立在共同的原则和制度之上。阿根廷法律允许当事人通过仲裁解决争议,并由法院强制执行。阿根廷仲裁制度的一个重要特点是允许当事人对仲裁裁决提起上诉。Argentina is an important country in Latin America and it is also an important trade partner of China.The Argentine arbitration system has some different characteristics from that of other countries.Every province of Argentina has different civil procedure rules,but they are similar and are based on common principles and systems.The Argentine law allows parties to settle disputes through arbitration and the awards can be enforced by a court.To allow parties file an appeal of an award is an important characteristic of the Argentine arbitration system.
