决明降脂片药理毒理的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究决明降脂片对正常小鼠血清总胆固醇的影响,对高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响,对大鼠棉球肉芽肿的影响。方法:建立小鼠和大鼠高脂血症模型,给予决明降脂片治疗,研究决明降脂片对小鼠血清总胆固醇、对大鼠血脂以及对大鼠棉球肉芽肿的影响。结果:通过上述动物实验研究可知,决明降脂片具有显著的保肝、利胆、降血脂、降血压作用,并有一定的抗动脉粥样硬化作用,是一种安全药物。结论:决明降脂片安全、有效,可以应用于临床。Objective： To research the Jueming Jiangzhi Tablets on normal small rats serum total cholesterol,antioxidation in experimental hyperlipidemia rats,to send the mouse ear swelling function and the tip of toe swelling degree to the carrageenin of the function.Methods： Establish the hyperlipidemia in model,gave the Jueming Jiangzhi Tablets,research Jueming Jiangzhi Tablets on the various indexes of lipid and antioxidation including the total cholesterol（TC）,the blood lipid metabolism and the tip of toe swelling degree to the carrageenin of the function.Results： The results showed that Jueming Jiangzhi Tablets had the significant to protect the liver,bravery,reduce the blood-lipid,reduced blood pressure effects,and had some resist the atherosclerosis,it was a safe medicine.Conclusion： Jueming Jiangzhi Tablets is safety,effective,and can be used in clinic.
