摘 要:根据统计分析,江苏省淮北各地的年、季雨量标准值(离均系数)具有均一性特点,采用标准正态化的各代表站点的雨量均值作为地区雨量代表值。采用标准正态分布的分位数加模糊子集的雨量分级方法,划分旱涝级别。运用统计学的聚类分析方法,将江苏省淮北地区划分成八类旱涝年型。Based on the result of statistical analysis ,the standard values(coefficients of deviation from mean)of year and season rainfall in the north of Huaihe in Jiangsu province have the character of uniformity, and the standardized normal mean rainfall of each representative station is used as the representative value of rainfall in each area .This paper differentiates the grade of flood and drought using the rainfall classification method of fractile of standardized normal distribution and fuzzy subset ,then divides the north of Huaihe in Jiangsu Province into tight yearly types of flood and drought by using the sort analytical method .On the basis of which ,the decision of flood control and drought fighting is also put forward.
