柴油滤清器加热装置的研制

摘　　要：目前,市场上流通的柴油中水分和杂质含量较高,而在我国北方温度发生骤降时,柴油牌号与温度不相符容易造成机器启动困难、行车中突然熄火等故障,因此,本文结合研究开发的经验,阐述解决这一故障的新装置——柴油滤清器加热装置的系统组成、工作原理、技术指标和试验应用.实验证明,该装置可以提高柴油的燃烧纯净度,减少尾气污染的排放指标,同时降低消耗和损耗,更好地节约燃油.The diesel fuel quality is the key to meet national Ⅲ emission legislation and ensure safe use.There is a large amount of moisture and impurity in the diesel fuel of present market.In the north when the temperature suddenly becomes cold,the band of diesel fuel doesn＇t match with the temperature,which causes difficulty of startup and sudden flameout.In order to solve these malfunctions a diesel fuel filter heater was designed and its composition,working principle,technical index and experiment application were analyzed.Through experiments it proves that this equipment improves burning purity,decreases atmosphere pollution and reduces wasting and saves fuels.
