摘 要:本文研究了西藏绒山羊绒纤维直径的变异。西藏绒山羊在3 周岁时绒纤维直径达到最粗,日土型母羊和公羊3 周岁时羊绒平均细度为1497 和1493μm ,尼玛型母羊和公羊3 周岁时羊绒平均细度为1393 和1335μm 。公羊的绒纤维直径明显比母羊小( P< 0.01)。单根纤维不同段间、毛丛内纤维间、体躯不同部位间绒纤维直径具有良好的匀度。西藏绒山羊群体中有65% 的个体绒纤维直径在1400μm 以下,3 周岁时绒纤维直径在14μm 以下的个体比例最小,日土型为 3125% ,尼玛型为 5897% 。绒纤维直径在 10~11.99、12~14.99μm 之间个体比例,尼玛型为 283% 和9041% ,日土型为698% 和7765% 。Cashmere diameter deviation of Ritu type(RTG)and Nima type (NTG) of Tibetan cashmere goats was investigated in this paper.The down diameter reached its maximum at the 3rd year of age,with mean down diameter 14.97 and 14.93 μm in does and bucks of RTG respectively,and 13.93 and 13.35μm in does and bucks of NTG.The mean down diameter of bucks was significantly lower than that of does ( P <0.01).Evenness of down diameters among different parts of single fiber,fibers of individual goat or different body regions of goat was excellent.Down diameters of 65% individuals in Tibetan goat population were higher than 14μm.The percentage of individuals with not higher than 14 μm down diameter in population was smallest at the third year of age,being 31.25% in RTG and 58.97% in NTG.The percentage of individuals with 10~11 99 and 12~14.99μm was 2.83 and 90.41% in NTG,and 6.98 and 77.65% in RTG.
