乙醇—柴油混合燃料在柴油机上的应用

摘　　要：为降低柴油机的废气排放,研究含氧代用燃料乙醇对柴油机废气排放以及经济性的影响.通过对燃用乙醇含量不同的乙醇—柴油混合燃料的柴油机排放情况和经济性的对比试验得出:适当配比的乙醇—柴油混合燃料能有效改善柴油机的有害气体排放性能,特别是能明显降低柴油机的碳烟排放,且柴油机的烟度随乙醇含量的增加而明显降低;添加乙醇能改善发动机燃料的经济性,而对发动机的动力性没有明显影响.In order to reduce the diesel engine exhaust emission,the effects of oxygenated fuel ethanol on exhaust emission and fuel efficiency of diesel engine is researched.Contrast experiments are conducted on exhaust emission and fuel efficiency of diesel engine which burns ethanol-diesel fuel mixture with different ethanol additive.Results show that suitable additive amount of ethanol can reduce the exhaust emission of diesel engine effectively,especially for soot reduction,and the amount of soot emission decreases when the amount of ethanol additive increases.Adding ethanol additive into diesel oil can improve the engine fuel efficiency,while the engine power is hardly influenced.
