异型石材成形加工刀具工艺的研究

摘　　要：石材的加工工艺与机加工工艺截然不同,成形加工是异型石材加工中的重要环节。对成形加工中的金刚石圆锯片的材料、结构、锯切参数、切入切出量、加工余量等进行分析。结果表明:确定合理的加工参数,可降低刀具的磨损、提高加工效率。The stone machining technology is different from the machining technology. The molding process is important to the profiled stone machining. The tool material, structure, machining parameters, cut-in and cut-out value, machining allowance of the molding process were analyzed. The results show that the cutting tool＇s abrasion is reduced and its machining efficiency is enhanced by determining reasonable machining parameters.
