摘 要:针对通常情况下环卫工人需手工将各种垃圾收集装置中的垃圾倒入后装式压缩垃圾车内进行压缩的现状,设计一种垃圾填装装置。根据四连杆机构原理设计该填装装置,并利用车辆本身的动力、液压力驱动此装置。该装置已投入使用,经济效益显著;同时减轻了环卫工人的劳动强度,提高了车辆的工作效率,降低了垃圾运输成本。All kinds of rubbish collection devices are usually emptied into the sanitation truck by sanitation workers with their own hands at present. A rubbish loading installation was designed on the basis of four bar mechanism. It was driven by the truck's power and hydraulic pressure. This installation has been put into use, and economic benefit is obviously improved. At the same time, labor of sanitation workers is reduced, work efficiency of vehicle is raised and transportation costs is lowered.
