摘　　要：基于PLC(可编程控制器)、气控增压式液压站以及交变温控箱,研制新型的汽车软硬连接管试验机。重点介绍该测试机的系统组成、液压站输出压力的控制方法和系统软件的设计。该试验机可按企业的生产要求模拟产品的使用工况并测试产品性能,自动化程度高,已在企业中投入使用,效果良好。Based on PLC, an alternating temperature control box and a hydraulic system powered by the air-driven hydraulic pump, a new testing machine for automobile hydraulic hoses was developed. The structure of the machine, the output pressure control method and the design of the software were highlighted. Various performance tests of the hoses under simulated conditions according to different demands could be performed by the machine. This testing machine has a high level of automation, and has been put in to use successfully with good effect.
