摘　　要：闭环供应链系统相比其他系统更加注重于系统内的合作与协调,这既是闭环供应链本身的特点,也应对突发事件的最佳方法。只有发挥供应链成员的合力,才能在供应链的日常管理以及危机来临的时候能够创造最大收益、把损失降到最低。本文探讨了在提高闭环供应链应对突发事件能力的过程中,企业、政府和消费者是如何有效发挥作用的。Compared with other systems, the closed - loop supply chain system focuses more on cooperation, which is its feature and also the best way to respond to emergencies.Only if members of the supply chain cooperate with each other can the enterprises create the maximum return and minimize the loss in their daily management when the crisis comes. This paper discusses how the businesses, governments and consumers play their respective roles in improving the ability of the closed - loop supply chain to respond to emergencies.
