摘  要:结合大功率刮板输送对软启动装置运行效率和调控性能的总体需求,从流场研究方法及试验手段、结构强度分析、控制模式等方面,综述液力偶合器的研究进展。主要介绍激光多普勒测速仪(LDV)、伽马射线断层技术(GT)、平面阵列传感器等先进实验手段在流场测量中的应用、计算流体动力学(CFD)技术及有限元(FE)等计算机辅助设计工具在流场及结构设计中的作用、阀控型液力偶合器调速模式等。提出基于CFD的腔型设计、快速换液能力元件研发及可靠性研究将是用于大功率刮板输送机的偶合器的研究重点和发展方向。The research progress of hydrodynamic coupling was reviewed from the aspects of study method and test means of flow field, structure strength analysis, control model, combining with the general requirement of soft start device's running efficiency and regulation performance which were demanded by the large power armoured face conveyor (AFC). The application of LDV, GT and autonomous planar array sensor in the flow measurement, the important role of CFD and FE in the flow filed analysis and structure de- sign, the regulation mode of fill-controlled fluid couplings were introduced. The chamber profile design based on CFD, the R&D of rapid exchanging liquid component and the reliability project were put forward as the research emphasises and development tendencies of hydrodynamic coupling applied to AFC.
