摘 要:砂轮在线监测是实现高精高效磨削、精密复杂型面磨削、自动化智能化磨削的关键因素。介绍几种砂轮在线监测技术的技术现状,即激光功率谱技术、电机功率监测技术、光学投影技术、振动监测技术、CCD图像监测技术、声发射监测技术、多传感器监测技术、基于网络专家系统等,分析其存在的问题,并针对今后的研究方向提出几点看法。Grinding wheel on-line monitoring is the key factor to achieve high-precision and high-efficiency grinding, precision and complex surface grinding, automated and intelligent grinding. The technical aspects of several kinds of grinding wheel on-line monitoring technologies, namely laser power spectrum technology, electrical power monitoring technology, optical projection technology, vibration monitoring technology, CCD image monitoring technology, acoustic emission monitoring technology, multi-sensor monitoring technology and web-based expert system, were introduced. Their existing problems were analyzed and the future development trends were figured out.
