摘 要:核苷酸序列分析结果表明, 小麦黄色花叶病毒(W YMV) 不同分离物的外壳蛋白基因存在一定的差异。邓州分离物CP基因在其31~33nt处均缺失了3个核苷酸,其余分离物与潢川分离物及日本分离物长度一致, 均为882nt。不同分离物CP基因核苷酸序列同源性为97.3% ~98.9% , 由此推导的氨基酸序列同源性为97.6% ~99.3% ,外壳蛋白N 末端的110个氨基酸和 C末端的55个氨基酸在各个分离物间是高度保守的。潢川分离物有5个氨基酸与其它5个分离物明显不同。W YM V 不同分离物外壳蛋白序列分析结果进一步确认了W YM V 与 WSSMV 为 Bym ovirus 属的2种不同病毒。The sequence analysis revealed that there were some nucleotide differences in CP genes of wheat yellow mosaic virus (WYMV) from Dengzhou city in Henan, Yangzhou city in Jiangsu , Yaan city in Sichuan, Zhouzhi county in Shaanxi province of China. Comparing with the Huangchuan isolate and Japanese isolate, the CP gene of Dengzhou isolate had three nucleotides deletion (31-33nt) at its 5′end, the rest isolates had the same length CP gene,containing 882 nucleotides. The isolates of WYMV exhibited nucleotide sequence homologies ran ging from 97.3% to 98.9% and shared deduced amino acid sequence homologies of 97.6% to 99.3%,110 amino acid residues of the N terminal sequences and 55 amino acid residues of C terminal sequences in CP of different WYMV isolates were extremely conservative. Huangchuan isolate had 5 amino acid residues obviously different from the rest 5 isolates. These sequence data on WYMV CP gene from different isolates further indicate that WYMV and wheat spindle streak mosaic virus (WSSMV) are two distinct virus species within the genus Bymovirus .
