摘  要:激光腔镜的反射率对激光输出功率和转换效率有极大影响.为了实现高反射率的精确检测,设计并建立了一套脉冲CRDS技术测量单波长高反射率的实验装置.通过比较实验测试曲线,确定以共焦腔为衰荡腔,精确检测了高反射镜在946 nm的反射率.实验结果表明:测得平凹镜和平面镜衰荡时间的平均值分别为1.612μs和819 ns;平凹镜的反射率平均值为99.7934%,相对误差精确到10-5;平面反射镜的反射率为99.7997%,相对误差精确到10-4.The reflectivity of cavity mirrors has a great influence on output power and conversion efficiency of laser.Based on pulsed cavity ring-down spectroscope(CRDS) technology,a single wavelength reflectivity measuring system is set up.Through the comparision between the testing curves,the confocal cavity is chosen as the ring-down cavity.The system could accurately determine the reflectivity of a mirror at the wavelength of 946 nm.The results show that the measured average values of the ring down time of the concave mirrors and the flat mirrors are 1.612 μs and 819 ns respectively.The average value of reflectivity of the concave cavity mirrors is to be 99.7934%,with the relative error accurate to 10-5;and that of the flat mirror is to be 99.7997%,with relative error accurate to 10-4.
