摘  要:采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术结合Kovats保留指数(KI)比较法对香蕉叶挥发油的化学成分进行了分析,共分出106个峰,鉴定了48种成分,该挥发油主要成分为2.硝基.乙醇,二异丙胺,2.乙氧基.乙醇,乙酸乙酯,2-乙氧基-3-氯代丁烷,3-二氧环己环-5-醇,2-乙氧基丁烷等。The volatile oil of banana (Musa balbisiana Colla) was produced by general steam distillation ,The constituents of essential oils from the leaves of banana were analyzed by GC-MS qualitatively and quantitatively. Forty-eight Compounds of the essential oils were identified by means of Kovats retention index and library. The major components were 2-nitro ethanol, Diisopropylamine, 2-propoxy ethanol, ethyl acetate, 2-ethoxy-3-ctdorobutane, 3-dioxan-5-ol, 2- ethoxy-butane.
