摘 要:从重庆低海拔地区采得一株新种虫草,命名为Cordyceps chongqingensis sp.nov.。为评估其药用和食用价值,本文对重庆低海拔虫草菌丝体及培养液中的五种主要有效成分进行了测定。结果表明,菌丝体的总氨基酸含量为21.649%,粗蛋白为27.769%,粗脂肪为6%,多糖为10.7798%,甘露醇为10.3196%。除了菌丝体中粗蛋白含量低于北冬虫夏草外,其他成分虫草酸、虫草多糖、蛋白质含量及氨基酸总量都高于其他虫草;尤其是虫草酸和虫草多糖的含量要明显高于其他虫草,而氨基酸总量基本接近。因此,单从重庆低海拔虫草无性型菌丝体的有效成分来看,其完全可以成为冬虫夏草的替代品。A New species of Cordyceps named as Cordyceps chongqingensis sp. nov. was collected from low altitude area in Chongqing. Five main active components of the mycelia and broth were determined to valuate it in the pharmaceutical and edibility. And the same time, the content of the five components were compared with that of the other Cordyceps. It was showed that the contents of Cordyceps acid (mannitol) 10. 3196%, Cordyceps polysaccharides 10. 7798%, amino acids 21. 649% and crude protein 27. 769% of Cordyceps chongqingensis sp. nov. were higher than that of the other Cordyceps ( Cordyceps sinensis North has only slightly higher crude protein content than that of Cordyceps chongqingensis sp. nov. ). In particular, the contents of Cordyceps acid and Cordyceps polysaccharide were significantly higher than that of the other Cordyceps. But the total amount of amino acids of Cordyceps chongqingensis sp. nov. was very close to that of the others. Therefore, Cordyceps chongqingensis sp. nov. can fully replace Cordyceps sinensis and can be cultured by manmade based on its active components only.
