摘 要:野马追生物碱是野马追中主要的药效物质之一。本文在野马追总生物碱分析方法建立的基础上,开展了野马追总生物碱提取工艺的实验研究。建立了以盐酸川芎嗪为标准品,酸性染料染色法测定野马追总生物碱含量的方法。通过单因素实验,探讨了提取介质、溶剂浓度、提取时间、液固比、提取次数对野马追总生物碱提取率的影响。得到的较佳提取条件为:0.5%乙酸、90%乙醇的稀酸醇溶液,提取时间1h,液固比为8:1,提取次数2次。在此条件下,野马追总生物碱的提取率达到0.52%。Alkaloid is one of the effective components in Eupatorium lindleyanum DC. After the establishment of an ultraviolet spectrophotometry method to determine the content of total alkaloids with ligustrazine hydrochloride as the reference substance, the extraction process of total alkaloids from Eupatorium lindleyanum DC was studied. Through singlefactor experiment, the effects of the factors such as solvent, the concentration of ethanol and acetic acid, extracting time, the ratio of solvent to material and extraction times, on the yield were systematically determined. The optimal conditions of extraction were obtained as follows :the concentration of ethanol 90% ,the concentration of acetic acid 0.5% ,the ratio of solvent to material 8 and extraction times 2 with 1 h per time. The yield of total alkaloids from Eupatorium lindleyanum DC could be reached 0.52% at those conditions.
