微波提取灵芝三萜的工艺研究

摘  要:为更好的发挥灵芝的药用功效,采用单因素试验法和正交试验法,以灵芝三萜的提取率为指标,考察溶剂浓度、液料比、时间、微波功率对提取率的影响。试验的优化工艺条件为:乙醇浓度65%,微波时间2min,液料比18,微波功率480w,此条件下灵芝三萜提取率为5.38%。实验操作简单,重现性好,可行性强,为后续精制工艺提供前提条件。To study the optimal preparation conditions of extracting triterpenoids of Ganoderma lucidum,the triterpenoids extraction rate was regarded as an examine target. On the basis of single factor tests, orthogonal experiment design was applied to analyze the influence of factors including solvents concentration,the ratio of solvent to the weight of Ganoder- ma, extraction time and microwave power on the extraction rate of triterpenoids. The optimal technology condition : the concentration of ethanol was 65,extraction time was 2 rain, the ratio of solvent to the weight of Ganoderma was 18, and microwave power was 480 W. The ratio of the extraction was up to 5.38%. The operation is simple, feasible, easily repeated and affords prior condition for the refinement craft in the future.
