模注EA4T钢锭成分偏析规律的研究

摘　　要：本文主要针对EA4T车轴钢,通过实验,研究分析了在贵阳特殊钢有限责任公司现有工艺条件下,模注5t钢锭化学成分的偏析分布情况。研究结果表明偏析较为严重的是碳、硫、磷元素,且偏析主要集中在冒头部分及锭身的中上部和尾部,而锰、铬只有微量的偏析存在。For EA4T axle steel,under the condition of the existing process,it was reached that the chemical composition occured segregation in 5t ingot by mould.The result shows that segregation the more serious is the elements of C,S and P.The segregation was mainly focus on from emerging parts of the body of ingot,the middle and upper parts of the body of ingot and tail.For the elements of Mn and Cr,only a small amount of segregation exist.
