摘　　要：贵钢二炼钢多年来生产的低碳高硫系易切钢中,内裂是最主要的质量缺陷。分析其成因:首先是钢种成分导致的包晶反应影响最大,控制钢中C含量远离包晶点是避免出现内裂最有效的方法;其次结晶器、结晶器保护渣、二冷状况的影响也很大。Guiyang Special Steel second-sulfur,production lines over the years to produce low-carbon sulphur free-cutting steel,the internal crack is the most important quality defects.Analysis of its causes： first,steel components peritectic reaction caused the greatest impact,the control content in steel C peritectic point from within the crack to avoid the most effective way;second mould and mould powder and second cold conditions a great impact.
